Dr. Jafri is a very good physician and his commitment his patient's health is remarkable. His office is run on a shoestring so he overbooks and his admin sometimes gets overwhelmed. I look at my interactions with Dr. Jafri and they are always excellent. Long waits are unfortunate but they are a side effect the Dr. seeing as many patients as he can and giving each patient his full attention.

The wait time is extremely long due to over booking. The office is messy and Dr. Jafri's office is in disarray with stacks of papers and patient files on his desk and on chairs.

HIS SECRETARY IS THE WORST! I have tried to make an appointment for a surgery over the last two weeks, leaving several voice mails and calling everyday and she has NEVER called back OR picked up the phone (it's always busy even when I call multiple times per day). Other secretaries have picked up the phone, forwarding my voicemails to Dr. Jafri and her, supposedly -- it is UTTERLY ridiculous. I think he is a great, very smart doctor, but this is making me rethink seeing him.
