He is a horrible human being. He blocked the door and wouldn’t let me leave. He also said to me “if women learned to shut up and listen to men maybe they wouldn’t be raped”. I started screaming for help his staff barged in and asked if I was okay and walked me out to make sure I was okay. They said he gets in moods

I visited this location and his incompetent staff Sarah left a detailed voicemail on my phone advising me not to show up for my follow up visit because my insurance denied them payment. When I called my insurance, she has submitted my information mixed in with another patient’s. I called to inform them and she was extremely rude and talked over me the entire time then hung up. She then sent me a “no show” bill, when I called to inquire about it, she picked up right where she left off. I reminded her that I’m the patient to which she replied “I will have the office manager call you” she then hung up on me again. I tried calling back and her sidekick Stephanie refused to speak with me and hung up on me as well.

Dr. Hussain lacks empathy/bedside manner but otherwise, I have no complaints. He was able to address my concerns regarding some lumps that were found in my throat via my primary care doctor. During an in-house ultrasound, it was determined that I had 4 goiters (1 as large as a golf ball). I had a biopsy done that came back inconclusive which lead to me having my thyroid removed, thank God I did because I wound up with 2 forms of cancer in my thyroid which if not handled so thoroughly I may not be here today, oh and all of my blood work was totally normal the entire time so we can't always just use the blood work for diagnosis. It's been almost 9 years and I still see him every 6 months.

Doctor is knowledgeable but he short tempered and does not listen to you properly, is rude and thinks that you are wasting his time. I do'nt know about others but I do'nt have the time and energy to visit a doctor's office without any reason. He makes you feel so uncomfortable and jumps to conclusions without you can finish your sentence.

He has poor manner and rushes to treatment plan. He does not consider all the facts behind the sickness. No wonder it is so easy to make an appointment while other endocrinologists need a wait time of at least 6 months.

I have been a patient of his for several years now and I must say his bed side manor is quite poor. Dr. Hussain has always made me feel like he is doing a favor by seeing me and he never remembers anything about me or my case ever. His staff frequently forgets to have my medication refilled and this is yet another time that has happened and why I am writing this review. For 6 days now I have been waiting for his staff to call in my prescription and they are rude when I call and ask.
