Good Doctor with a unqualified staff member
have enjoyed working with Dr. Syed Hasnain. And I would recommend him. His star rating would be 4.5. However his office staff point person is unqualified for do this job. Since being hired, she has managed to largely be unhelpful, unconcerned, and unable to sort the problem or need to aid the DR to arrive a correct solution. She's gotten almost every request wrong, she isn't able to explain to the dr. the true 'need' so the correct outcome can even by reached. This causes multiple calls to get a simple resolution. She has made error and when confront with them; she is unable, unwilling to expect responsibility. Requested an emergency script be sent to local pharmacy because of dire need. She sent to WRONG medicine script to the pharmacy. It has been 5 days and counting as of this review; I still don't have the medication for my mom, 93 yrs. This issue has happened multiple times. Too Many times. The office staff point person is a 2 star, if that

Dr. Hasnain has been a great doctor for me. He listens to everything I have concerns about and does not rush me out of the door. He is very knowledgeable and treats me with respect. I have enjoyed being his patient as it is hard to find a doctor who you can count on.

Dr Hasnain is a very inquest Physician and is very caring & Passionate about his patients He is a wonderful Doctor , he spent so much time with our family member when they were in Critical Care, would highly recommend him.

Dr. Hasnain is very nice, knowledgeable, professional, very aware ofhis patient's well being before and after treatment and friendly staff and on top of that place is always clean . Always satisfied with the service. !!

Very poor experience. My brother got admitted and treated for stroke. After two days and with falls in the hospital, this doctor told a patient with brain injury that he is discharged. No discussion of discharge or care plan with family members. Not even a phone call. We asked nurse to page him. He states that he was in a meeting and patient can stay one more night. Terrible. Unresponsive and unprofessional.
