Worst experience ever!
This is my worst experience ever from contacting them to the appointment to the service.

Unprofessional Doctor
I have been a patient for 5 plus years and when I was without health insurance and he refused to refill my prescription because it had been 3 months, I paid cash and told him I did not want to see a PA and he was infuriated and voided my credit card and asked me to leave, so much for his Hippocratic oath! He is unprofessional and unsympathetic!

I will be bringing in my family to establish with Dr. Abrar. His staff and PA Aisha are so nice and caring. I could tell they really cared about my concerns. They listened to my problems with no interruptions and they take their time to discuss treatment options. I have been to several doctors in my past where I have been misdiagnosed because they rush in, ask a few questions and write you a prescription within 5 minutes being in the room. I would give 10 stars if I could. You won't be disappointed.

Let me first start my stating that I chose Dr Abrar because of the great reviews. I was a new patient of Dr Abrar. What led me to write this negative review was his actions toward a disagreement we encountered regarding my work forms. He entered the office unmasked and left throwing my papers and walking away. This was a total shock to me. His actions were very disrespectful, rude and unprofessional.

I didn't even get that far to have a visit. I just called to make an appt and I ask if they would be sending me information to fill out. The receptionist (Jordan) didn't even know the name of their website for me to go to for the forms. Do doctors not know that their front office people represent that doctor?

I met him at Methodist West Houston hospital, when I was a patient. I knew right away I wanted to have him as my primary care physician. He spends a lot of time with you, and listens to any concerns you may have. I am very happy having him as my doctor.

Dr. Abrar is a very good doctor who carefully listens and evaluates issues thoroughly. He is a kind doctor with great empathy. He took care of my mother in her last few months of her life at St Catherine’s. He visited my mother every day and kept her comfortable and her needs addressed. Based on my mother’s care by Dr. Abrar, I now see Dr. Abrar as my primary care doctor. He and his assistant, Elsa, have taken excellent care of me during recent hospitalizations and primary care health issues.

Dr. Abrar is awesome!! He really took the time to listen to my symptoms and asked all of the right questions to be able to make a proper diagnosis. He was able to explain things to me in easy-to-understand language. I have decided to make Dr. Abrar my primary care physician going forward. I would highly encourage anyone looking for a caring, attentive, empathetic and professional doctor to give Dr. Abrar a chance. He is great!
