Dr haberland would be a great doctor if she would follow through and call patients with there test results blood work results no phone call from office nothing happened to many times had to find new doctor

I am a Covid 19 high risk disabled patient of Dr. Swoboda Haberland. As I got sick with COVID 19, I called Dr. Haberland's office to get advice and assistance. Very rude and careless receptionist told me that I cannot come in to their office while sick (which is understandable). She said that a nurse will call me the same day (it was a Friday). Well, a nurse called me back after five days! And that's after I have emailed a complaint to their office. The nurse called just to say that I should be checked out somewhere. I am in a very severe form, fighting for my life and the very least, I expected to receive a call from the doctor herself or a nurse to at least give me pointers and explanation of how to take care of myself during Covid and when is best to go to the hospital. That's aside from the fact that every time I go to the physical office for an appointment, I wait minimum for 2.5 hours. And no one even apologizes for it. Medical offices as this one should be shut down!

Very, Very knowledgeable, smart intelligent doctor. She listens well and give the best advice. If you can't give you her best she will refer to someone that specialize in that area. My husband and daughter enjoy seeing this doctor.

Dr Haberland and her staff are superb. I love every single one of them but I have to admit that I had similar experience with my pap smear in may. we are in the midst of the coronavirus and the office assured me that there was nothing they could have done to expedite it because the labs first priority was the coronavirus testing. the office staff has been working hard during the coronavirus insanity and I am happy to have a doctor that I can trust. she is very thorough and always takes her time to explain everything and answer all my questions The two white poodles are an asset to this office .one day I might take one home with me :-)

dr. haberland is a marvelous doctor. she is beyond thorough, thoughtful, sensitive and in no way rushes her patients through their time with her.

We just experienced the most absurd nonsense at her office. Upon arrival a very rude receptionist comes out and without identifying herself, greeting us or even saying hello, asks us if we had been tested for COVID. We answered yes, since I had hip replacement surgery on May 29 at Mount Sinai and they test everyone before they are admitted to the hospital as long as the results come back negative. All the pre operation clearance was done at her office as well, and yet, the ogre who was sitting outside the office questioning patients went on to say that unless I had the results I was not allowed in the office. First problem, when scheduling the appointment 2 days earlier, no one mentioned any such requirements, as well as not having done this at any of the three prior visits since the pandemic started. To make matters worse, some lady comes in, she asks her in front of us if she had ever been tested, the lady replies “no” and they send her right in.

My most recent (and last) experience with this office ended with one of the doctors calling to yell at me for my persistence in following up on my lab result that were severely delayed. After following up for weeks and being pushed around between the receptionist, the nurses, the assistant office manager, and the office manager, the doctor finally called me (almost 3 weeks after my visit to the office), to indignantly tell me that they still did not have the results, that there was nothing they could do, that it was not their fault, that I needed to stop blaming their office, and that the test was “probably lost.” I received no apology or proposed solution—just reprimand. It is appalling to me that a doctor, who I put my trust in to care for me and advocate for my health, not only took absolutely zero responsibility for the manner in which I was treated or for the delay, but proceeded to reprimand me for advocating for myself. I still have no results. Save yourself the headache.

I love Dr Haberland .. She took the time to explain certain issues and also made an appeal to my insurance company for a specific diagnostic test to be covered. I highly recommend her.. Smart and kind .. hopefully My 2 daughters will be seeing her this coming year

This is one of the best female doctors that makes you feel like you have a friend looking after you. She is not only through but remember little details and investigate any issues with detailed explanation so you are informed not just pushing meds. She makes me looks forward to my physical.

Dr Haberland is wonderful. She sat with me and explained things to me clearly and thoroughly, and without rushing. I would wholeheartedly recommend her.

Dr. H took over for my previous doctor & I was uneasy at first because I have lupus so change on the fly is scary for me. She is one of the most caring & attentive doctors I have had! She ALWAYS takes time to listen to EVERYTHING I have to say & makes sure I get what I need. She generally CARES about her patients & that is something that is few & far between in today's medical field!! Her staff is also wonderful & they take time to get to know each patient. It feels like we are family!

Dr. Haberland is very courteous and caring about me and her profession. She take the time to listen to her patients and is kind when giving a diagnosis or dishing out the tough love lifestyle change recommendations! I really appreciate this quality in a Health Professional.
