Horrible doctor. Refused to see me when I was in pain. Told me I’d have to wait till I saw a urologist which was 2 weeks away. Glad she’s leaving the area!

She was competent enough, but doesn't really care about the patient. She is very dismissive and condesending.

Best doctor around! She is very thorough and alway so nice. She listens to my concerns and answers any questions I have. Also, she calls to check on me when I’ve had to be sent to a different type of doctor.

I went to Dr. Blake to ask about weight management. Right off the bat she said she would not give me any drugs for weight loss as I was too old (54). I told her I did not ask for any, but I wanted some information and advice on losing weight. She said the best way was to keep my mouth shut! Nice bedside manner! She didn't just lose me as a patient, she lost my whole family. Who needs a doctor like that!!

I have never met her personally; however, she was on call for the Urgent Care and I was concerned about my daughter who was saw in Urgent Care on yesterday. Dr.Blake was paged at 719 and 742 and never once called back. So what's the point of being ON CALL if you can't return a pts call.

She was very insightful, respectful, and caring. One thing, though, is that Walk-Ins can not be seen after 11 a.m. I wish that would be posted more frequently. Other than that, I think Dr. Blake is awesome!

The staff was amazing! But when the doctor came in the room she was more than dissmissive she was rude beyond belief as she stormed past me. The staff did a wonderful job but seriously Good Shepherd needs a new doctor to replace Dr. Blake.!!! Not sure what we did to set her off but she was very unprofessional! !!

I've been going to Dr. Blake for over a year and she has always been extremely informative regarding my treatment and what is best for me. Doesn't order any unnecessary labs, follows-up timely with results from lab work. If you're looking for a good no nonsense doctor than I highly recommend Dr. Blake.

Please do NOT use her! My FIRST appointment with her, the staff was extremely nice, so I was not at all prepared for what was about to happen! She came into the exam room YELLING that she was NOT GOING TO TREAT ME and I NEEDED TO FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR! I assumed that she was the doctor because she NEVER introduced herself to me. She continued to yell while she accused me of being a drug addict. When I started bawling out of frustration, she told me that I needed a Psychiatrist! I left in tears!
