The doctor is very sweet. She always asks questions to make sure she gives the right diagnosis. She'll even talk with the kids and try to get to know them. There is rarely a wait in the lobby before the appointment. You may have to wait in the room for about 10 minutes before she comes in, but she's working hard to keep a report with the patients as well as trying to bee quick so you aren't waiting so long. I have been taking my kids to her for several years.

I used to love her but now, not so much. Every time I take my baby it’s always “allergies” now. No tests are really done. I’m switching.

Only treats family and family of staff in a professional manner. I’ve noticed that the previous reviews is the family members of the staff. If you want a honest opinion go to this facility and see for your self. They are always rude! Staff yelling at patients on the phone, yelling at other staff, yelling at patients parents because of insurance reasons which should be confidential. Never would recommend this practice.

Worst Drs office I’ve ever been to. They make fun of patients. Won’t accept but 2 of your kids at a time. Dr wears low cut shirts which is not appropriate around pre teens or anyone for that matter. The nurse couldn’t pass the LPN test but is giving shots, very illegal. They tell personal info to family members about patients.

She is wonderful with my children. She has always taken the time to listen and speak with me about my concerns. I never feel like she is rushing to get out of the room to the next patient. She is a very caring pediatrician!

Dr. Suzie is always willing to listen to my concerns and get the whole picture before she begins exam or orders any medications. She makes sure that I understand the underlying causes of things and how any treatments are going address the cause as well as symptoms. She never rushes me and makes sure that I understand how and when to administer treatment at home. I highly recommend her and the staff is so helpful!

Love my son Dr!! The receptionist ALWAYS greets me by name when I come in the door. Very thorough and professional. I have never had a bad experience in the 10 years I've been using Dr. Suzie. The office is always clean and the ladies are always so sweet. I recommend Dr. Suzie Schuessler to anyone with children!!!

Worst dr I've been too. Staff is rude. You can't make an appointment without the older lady having an attitude. Place smells like urine. A girl was smoking at the front desk. Can't keep a receptionist.

Dr Susie is ALWAYS caring, responsive and attentive to the needs of my girls! She's always helpful and answers any questions we have via phone or visit. Thanks to Dr Susie for awesome pediatric care for so many years! We love you and your whole office staff!!

I would not recommend this Dr basically because the insurance lady is very rude and has a horrible attitude in person and on the phone. She has called patients awful names including the n word! The office manager does not help when it comes to complaints and nothing has been does to resolve this problem.
