She was my doctor before there were rating websites. Dr. Sankey is an excellent doctor and a compassionate human being! If I hadn't promised a family member that I would start seeing doctors who were much closer to my home (she was about 50 miles away), she would still be my doctor.

I had a colonoscopy and an endoscopy in January of this year, and the procedures went very well. I was taken in early to begin the process, and it was quick and efficient. I was told when I would be given the anesthetic and next thing it was all over, no grogginess. I was at Dr. Sankey's 10 years ago, and In December I received a reminder that it was time for another colonoscopy. I had some follow-up questions by email via My Chart, and Dr. Sankey responded right away.

Our whole family has gone to Dr. Sankey for many years, as long as we have needed a gastroenterologist. My husband & I ar older & no longer need colonoscopies, but we & our children have had many & quite a few endoscopies, too. We could not ask for a more competent, caring & kind doctor-she is so patient, always smiling & welcoming. After swallowing the pre-op, we go in for procedures with no fear & a smile. We have total confidence in her & her staff. A trusted Dr. recommended her years ago

My wife had a routine colonoscopy/endoscopy performed by Dr. Sankey and after the procedure was rushed to hospital due to internal bleeding from damage caused by the scope instrument. She spent 3 days in hospital and resulted in us having to pay thousands of dollars in uninsured medical costs.

I've been a patient of Dr. Sankey's for over 20 yrs and she has always been extremely helpful to me. Offering great suggestions to help me better manage my condition. Very supportive and caring. She has also assisted me on numerous occasions with composing letters to my insurance company to get denial over turned.

I have had several colonoscopies with Dr. Sankey over the years. She was the one who first spotted pre-cancerous polyps in my colon and removed them; without that action, I would probably be dead now, like several other members of my family who have succumbed to abdominal cancer. Dr, Sankey is thoughtful, caring, and professional. I trust her without reservation.
