Excellent doctor and staff!!
Dr Kovacs has been such a nice and knowledgeable doctor to me. Her staff is exceptionally nice. I know I have been with her from the beginning. I don’t know how she could have earned these negative ratings! I have seen none of this behavior!

Unfriendly individual
She never even said good morning at the beginning of the visit, or have a good day at the end of the visit. Just walked in at the beginning stating her name, and walked out at the end with no further adieu. Never said much of anything. I have never been to a doctor who actually made me feel like I didn't count. Her whole manner was a turn-off, and although other reviews mention how knowledgeable she is, which is why I chose her, it's the whole person as a package that I consider. This unsmiling (unlike her picture on the website), busy, businesslike, unmannered, and "don't take up toou h of my time" individual is not for me.

Misdiagnosis leading to brain death
When she saw my mother who was quite sick she diagnosed her with a “vicious virus” Kovacs sent her home with a steroid shot. My mother’s condition worsened and when my father took her back Kovacs stated that she should have already been in the E.R. (which is across the street) and offered to call an ambulance. 6 days later we took her off of life support. Whatever you do, ask for an x-ray. Perhaps she will notice that you have a very bad case of pneumonia and although you have had all vaccines and tried your best to avoid Covid spreading situations, your attempts will be in vain.

Lacks bedside manners... Her nurse is rude, too Use to care about her patients but for the past 5 years, rushes through appointments and doesn’t show compassion to her patients. I had to find a doctor that listens and looks at you when you’re talking. They actually does care. I was made to feel unimportant. The office staff was always kind but her nurse and Dr Kovacs were very unfriendly.

I have been a patient of Dr Kovacs for several years now and this is my first experience seeing her as a telehealth visit. I was pleasantly surprised because Dr Kovacs was able to observe symptoms with this form of appointment. I am pleased with Dr Kovacs and her staff, because they listen to my symptoms, concerns and were able to diagnose and treat me over the video visit. I never felt rushed and Dr Kovacs and her staff made recommendations to make me feel more comfortable with the medication she prescribed. Her staff helped me set up the app so I could connect for the video appointment. It was a little thing for her because she said she’s been helping a lot of the patients. It was a n act of kindness because I was having issues on my end, technically with my laptop and she waited patiently and made sure it worked properly before Dr Kovacs came into the room. She took the extra time and steps to assist her doctor and the patient for the best healthcare possible. C

I am disappointed with Dr. Kovacs, during physical exam , she did not, even one time palpate abdominal area or breasts & my mother had breast cancer!! No "baseline EKG"was done. Lacks "bedside manner." Completely indifferent when I admitted to experiencing depression & suicidal thoughts.., ignored, no comment, sad. Aren't there mandates for referrals? Previously, I had fantastic physician's, the bar was set very high.., obviously, too high. I cannot in good conscience recommend this physician to anyone. Keep looking.

I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. kovac’s and she REFUSED to see me. After calling three times begging to see my doctor she still would not see me. She recommend me going to the ER for something miniscuel and I asked if I could see her instead, still refused. I asked if I couldn’t come in for that this particular issue then I wanted to schedule a physical, still refused. All I wanted was to be checked out by my doctor, not the emergency room. Dr. Kovacs seems like she d

I've been seeing Dr. Kovacs for around 15 years and she has always taken good care of me. She explains what's going on with me, what course of action needs to be taken, if she gives me medicine, she explains what it's for and always asks if I have questions. I thinks she's a great doctor.
