Best pediatrician and trusted advisor!
We love Dr Graves! She has been our pediatrician for 17 years for all 3 of our girls. From birth to young adult Dr Graves has been there for us and our kids. Whether it be a bump or a cold, ER visit or a worried mother call, she has always had sound advice and was there for us when we had questions. Office visits were easy to schedule and always on time. Her practice is located at Beverly hospital and always has easy parking for the young or experienced parents. Her flu and COVID clinics were so well organized with drive through service in the parking lot it made it a breeze to get the whole family their shots. She makes herself available to answer private questions when your kids get older and want/need to ask her advice. Best of all our kids love and trust her as much as we do!

We've gone to Dr. Graves for 18 years. Always interested in what the kids were up to, checking on their physical, mental and educational growth, and takes her time talking to them. She was calm when there were emergencies and took care of the situation for us. Referred us to specialists whenever we asked. She makes you feel comfortable asking questions and offers different perspectives. She is always respectful of the kids as individuals. We trust her judgement and feel lucky having her as our pediatrician.

Horrible. My infant had thrust went in to see her (not his PCP) she didn’t even send in a prescription I had to call the office 5 days after to ask where the hell is the prescription. Don’t risk your families life life better off going to a veterinarian. Gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero.

I’ve been taking my kids to Dr Graves since they were born 12 and 14 years ago. We just love her! She is a great pediatrician and I have referred many friends to her. The only negative thing i can say is that I have to be on hold for a really long time when calling to talk to a nurse when my kids are sick. Dr Graves is great though!

Condescending and Hostile. Due to a mistake with our insurance provider Dr Graves wasn’t listed as our PCP for some reason. Even though she has seen all three of our children over the last two years, she acted as if we had never been to her office and she was doing us some kind of begrudging favor. Meanwhile, as my daughter is experiencing respiratory distress she belittles both of us for not using what would now be an expired medication she supposedly knew nothing about. Very disappointing.

After not examining our son properly and misdiagnosing his swollen lymph nodes twice, we have now been referred to Children’s Hospital via the ER Doctor on call at Beverly Hospital. I absolutely would NOT recommend Dr. Graves or Garden City Pediatrics!

Always late on appointments by at least 30 minutes. Does not show understanding of child's health history. Call nurses at GCPA often will not allow a sick visit. GCPA often promotes strategies that are not in line with current AAP recommendations, which is baffling.

We go to Dr. Graves for 4 years with my daughter. I really like her. She is nice, kind, open minded. She is listening to your point of view and respectful of it. She recommends things within guidelines but never pushes to do things like "Cry it out sleep training", "dropping feedings in the middle of the night" and etc... that many other pediatricians do nowadays. She is available when we need her, and most of the appointments are on time

My daughter started with a male pediatrician in the practice, but transferred to Dr Graves at age 9. Dr Graves has been great. Especially around sensitive subjects, and we have had plenty. I want my daughter to be able to talk with her about everything now that she is 16. I would strongly recommend Dr Graves without hesitation. I have been very pleased, so has my daughter.

More than impossible to work with, she is true to her network of cronies that will only refer amounts themselves. Will not return your phone call and is not reachable in the hour block she designates once a week for incoming calls to her personally. She has a Holier than thou attitude. To many other good physicians out there than to waste your time here.
