Waited 2 months for an appointment. I got there and they "didn't have me on file" and refused to see me. Glad I dodged this bullet of incompetent office staff. Can't imagine the doctor is much better if they allow it. What a professional response! You should be ashamed of yourselves! How dare you accuse me of lying or being the incompetent one. You might want to check your horrific reviews on healthgrades and other sites. It’s time to admit how incompetent this office staff actually is. I won’t talk about the reviews that say the staff is nasty. I think they proved it with their response. I know how to call and make an appointment and I’m well aware of the locations I make my appointments. Your incompetency is not my fault. Amazing that you're booked solid, your empty waiting room said otherwise. INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Decent doctor....BUT Office Hours: Monday Closed Tuesday 8:30AM–4PM Wednesday Closed Thursday 8:30AM–4PM Friday 8:30AM–1PM Saturday Closed Sunday Closed When the office is closed there is NO VOICEMAIL and no pagtient portal. You cannot leave a message. You cannot make or cancel an appt. or ask for a cll back. When I told the doctor htis was a problem she told me to call my primary or go to urgent care.

I have recently called Dr.Morgans office as many as two times to get a prescription refilled. Today the 3rd time. The operator told me the product was discontinued and the Dr was no longer prescribing it. I asked to speak to the Dr and was told she was with a patient. I have told her to tell the Dr. I would be looking for another Dr. Since she moved to a new office. I came on time, waited 1/2 an hr. Was left waiting in her office for over 1/2 hr or more. The dr. was with patient that came in after me. I left, got another appt. And was taken care of. Now I'm told the med is discontinued. No call no nothing.

Spent 5 minutes with me and completely ignored the symptoms that led my PCP to refer me in the first place.
