Will never see
I was referred to Dr. Yalamanchili. However the requirements for a new patient and the many months wait were both out of the question. Stupid ridiculous, on both parts. Forget it, forget her.

The doctor has great bedside manner, but the nurse Janet does not do her job. I had to call 7 times to get her to fax stat orders for a MRI. Then after I had the MRI and watched the people fax it over, I called the next day to get the results and she immediately say they do not have them. I told her that the sent it the previous day and she says "oh let me go check." I called all day to find out the results of the MRI and they left the office early without a call or anything on a Friday so now I have to wait until Monday to get the results and I still can not see out of my eye. I requested my medical records to be transferred. I will never do business with them again because of the lack of customer service and no sense of urgency when it comes to the patients.

I have never had an issue with Dr. Y or her office staff. From the first time I met her to two years later they have always been courteous and very thorough. Yes my first appointment took a while to get in to see her but it is because there are not a lot in her speciality. I'm glad I did wait because she knew immediately when she saw me that I probably had a brain tumor and she was correct. She has a wonderful warm personality and she genuinely cares for her patients.

Dr Y was very good and I would go back to her again if it wasn't for her office staff. Her nurse was about as bad as I have ever had. She was disrespectful and did a very poor job. I had glasses made per her prescription and they were wrong. Went back a second time thinking she was just having a bad day and it appears that all her days are bad.

I have been a patient of Dr. Yalamanchili for over 3 years. She is very knowledgeable and always explains things in a way that is easy to understand. She takes her time with me and I always feel very comfortable and confident in her care.

The doctor is helpful at the appointment, but the office workers are the worst in the business. It is impossible to receive information or a call back. I always have to leave a message and then the message NEVER gets delivered. I am going to ask for my medical file to go somewhere else.
