Great Experience
Dr. Basa is an excellent doctor. She is very knowledgeable and proactive. Office visits are on time with minimal waiting. Her visit notes (in mychart) are detailed and available within a few days thereafter. The lab is on the same premises and provides walk in service. Dr. Basa quickly assesses lab results and her staff promptly follows-up with phone calls to keep me informed. I am a new patient and so far am pleased to be under her care.

no compasion. too business like for being a doctor
Another doctor left the practice so i had to find another doctor. She was the only female taking new patients. She was nice. but too business like for me. i dont feel like she listened to me. she just was going thru the motions. I will stick with it there because the front end was awesome. the lab is awesome , everything you need is right there, but she needs to learn how to be compassionate with her patients because she has ZERO .

Very unprofessional! Dressed in jeans & no lab coat! Looks disheveled. She also doesn’t listen to patients!!! She’s young & inexperienced! Refused to fill 1 prescription that I’ve been on for 20 years! Stay away from this woman!
