The front office lady needs to be more organized. She took 15-20 minutes to schedule an appointment for my son as a new patient..She then called back after a few weeks saying they forgot that it was a long weekend and she has to reschedule it for another Saturday. Later when I called back to confirm the time, she says she does not see any appointment. She does know how to handle to patients at all and does not seem to be organized.
