Dr. Susana Sixto-Rodriguez, DO

This place is the worst. Let’s not even start with the rude office staff that won’t bother to even do the simple favor of asking the doctor for your blood results. I went in for a headache and stomach pain and she assumed I was on drugs.

Dr. Sixto-Rodriguez takes her time to go over my questions and concerns. She does a great job of explaining everything in detail. She's knowledgeable and caring. When I go to her for healthcare, I know I'm in good hands.

This practice is absolutely terrible. You could make the first appt. of the day and still be waiting an hour for literally a 5 min. visit. I haven't seen them in years due to A. I haven't been sick and B. there's no point in a yearly visit that takes 1hr and 3 mins...literally and hour wait and 3 min. visit w/ the doctor. Today I tried to call them to switch my refill from one pharmacy to another and they refused to saying I have to go in (aka. they want to bill my insurance to get money to see me for nothing). When I asked the staff that I wanted a call back from the doctor when they were available I was told "the doctor doesn't make any calls". I'm leaving over seas for a month and apparently they can't make an exception after I've been receiving refills for the exact thing. First time in 10 years I have asked for a call and that was my response. I am so disgusted I hung up and am currently on this site looking for another primary. They will read this and cont. to care less!

Today was my first time seeing her and being in her office. The office is spotless, clean, and modern which is a plus. Now for the doctor, She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, willing to answer all questions directly. Did my labs there at the office another huge plus, got all my referrals needed and my appointment to go over labs in 2 weeks. Definitely makes the 25 min drive to her office well worth it.

I would recommend her to anyone without doubt. I have been going to this doctor for almost 20 years . Her husband also works in the office and he is absolutely wonderful also. I really Love them!

Wait times are ridiculous. Office staff is rude and inept. They don’t understand the insurance they take. Don’t return phone calls. I had to call 12 times over 3 months to get my lab results. If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst office I’ve ever been too. Should be shut down. They are not advocating for patients well being. You would have a stroke just trying to figure out how to get a call returned.

THE WORST MEDICAL CENTER EVER!!! Wait time was 1.5 hours on average. Office Staff is rude & inept at scheduling, returning calls, or providing/receiving faxes. Had a nurses aid coughing into her hand/blowing her nose then taking my vitals without sanitizing all the while immersed in a convo wirh another NA regarding their fad diet. Dr. Susana was scheduled on all my appointments for care yet I only ever saw an LPN tho the Dr's name was on all forms & referrals instead. never again!
