Her ability to lie is astounding.
Her office staff is amazing. Her ability to communicate with patients, not so much. Her ability to fit facts to her opinions thinking that her patients are less than smart and can't read was astounding. Lastly, when a doctor will lie to try and talk you into a procedure, you should run quick. When a doctor has one foot out the door to private practice and treats NYU patients like an afterthought, you should also worry. Overpriced, and for that fact alone, you would think you were getting amazing. You're not. Run.

I attend visits with my father who has English as a second language & mobility issues. There was a technical issue that I was trying to assist with and she kept accusing me of being "angry". I don't believe I was angry, I was just discussing with her that my father's glucose monitor results have been accessed by two people in her office (an RN & NP) & she kept saying we were not sending any results to her. I don't even know how to send those results to an RN or NP alone, we just clicked the link that was sent to my father's email and connected as the directions stated. I was trying to say that isn't it possible that if two other people in her office can access the results, that maybe the info is in my father's chart for her review? Instead she would talk over me and say "you're daughter is very angry" to my father as if I wasn't there. I can't believe how rude someone is to the person who is helping a patient and also trying to make the doctors life easier with technology.

I saw Dr. Zweig for over nine years and couldn't speak more highly of her or the care she provides. It breaks my heart to no longer be able to see her since I left New York. Dr. Zweig is incredibly patient, kind, direct, caring, and in my case, creative. She's always quick but never makes you feel rushed, and really get's to know her patients as individuals and build trust. She's always open to questions and concerns and is fast to try a new approach.

Not good at listening. Very combative and rude. About one month after my thyroid was removed, I started having problems. I turned bright red and my face broke out with eczema. I called Dr. Zweig, and was told that there was no way it was the Levothyroxine dosage. She also told me that I should see a dermatologist, and that that the other symptoms I am experiencing - insomnia, weight-gain, constipation, and tightness in the throat and chest are in my head. After insisting on a blood-test, I am not only over-medicated -- I am off the charts. I have never been treated so unprofessionally. Will never return to this doctor. Staff did not say "good afternoon" or even speak to me when I arrived. A truly sad and awful place.

I have been a patient of Dr. Zweig's for over 15 years. She is one of the most amazing diagnosticians I have ever know. She is thorough, patient and 100% comprehensive. Nothing is overlooked. She takes complete pride in role as a doctor and goes above and beyond for her patients. Results are delivered promptly; if follow-up care with a specialist is required, she will help you with a plan, reaching out to the secondary doctor in advance of your visit. I would highly recommend Dr. Z!

I have been a patient of Dr. Zweig's for close to 9 years. She is my most trusted Doctor. She helped me thorough one of the most difficult times in my life - when I was diagnosed with thyroid cancer. I love Dr. Zweig as a doctor and as a friend.

I love Dr. Susan Zweig! I am very happy to be back with her practice. The only reason why I left is that they did not accept my new health insurance. Dr. Zweig is a great listener and has great bedside manners. I remember a few years ago when I was in the hospital (not related to her practice) she came by to check on me. She goes above and beyond for her patients-you just have to follow her instructions to become a healthier you!
