She was a great surgeon and very easy to talk at any time about my situation. I am glad that she was the one who did my surgery.

I was recently referred by my endocrinologist to Dr. Wcislak for suspected thyroid cancer recurrence. On my first visit she took her time to go over all my medical history and devoted time to complete an ultrasound and biopsy all in the same appointment. She clearly explained next steps and gave all information needed. Unfortunately, I required surgery, but her caring attitude and clear explanation of next steps made me feel informed and well cared for. This attention has only continued, she personally has followed up to check on my recovery. I am now 4 days post-op and am truly amazed by the level of care and devotion Dr. Wcislak has showed in the short time as her patient.It is so hard to find medical professionals who seem to truly care for and love their patients. I am beyond grateful for her! She truly has made me and my family feel comfortable with an extremely scary and sudden medical event. Knowing she is on my team makes me feel comfortable knowing I will be in great hands!

I just had 2 procedures-Parathyroid and Thyroidectomy-Dr Wcislak explained in laymans terms exactly what to expect-caring and compassionate throughout,from the consult to post op-The care she gave me helped get through this challenging time-She checked with me the day prior to the procedure and then frequently to make sure I was healing properly-I highly suggest Dr Wcislak for surgery involving any type of Thyroid issues!

Dr Susan Wcislak is simply awesome!! I had a complete thyroidectomy done recently and Dr Wcislak has been caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and a true blessing all along, answering all my questions to my complete satisfaction. The scar is minimal, the follow-ups are smooth and the office staff is very responsive also. To say that I highly recommend her would be an understatement.

I had a complete thyroidectomy done by Dr Wcislak. From start to finish it went perfectly. I haven't felt this good in two and a half years. So glad I was referred to her by my endocrinologist. It is now six weeks post surgery and the scar is barely visible. Believe me I was scared to have it done so glad I did. If you need help with thyroid issues call Dr. Wcislak office. I had parathyroid surgery with Dr. Wcislak in early 2022. I am so happy with my choice of her as my surgeon. I am a healthcare professional so choosing the right surgeon was important to me. I interviewed several before choosing Dr. Wcislak. She was so personable, knowledgeable and I felt comfortable under her care. She gave me a choice in healthsystem for the actual surgery; she works with them all. The surgery went so smoothly and I have no visible scar, which was an added benefit in my opinion.

I was very happy with Dr. Wcislak, she explained what was going to happen during my surgery. Everything went well and I have fully recovered.

I had parathyroid surgery and was concerned and told her so. At our first meeting she took about an hour and slowly reassured me and answered any questions and no pressure at all. We talked about our dogs, etc. She made me feel comfortable. She has great training but at med school they don't teach people skills which are so important. At surgery she was also reassuring. She called to check on me, too. Besides great training she is what all doctors should be----caring about the patient and not treat us as another surgery. Highly recommend her.

I was referred to Dr. Wcislak and came in very nervous and stressed. I didn't know what to expect and what the near future looked like. Not only did Dr. Wcislak greet me with such confidence but made the experience very personable, explaining everything with ease and what to expect with a partial thyroidectomy. The entire process was smooth and Dr. Wcislak and her staff were amazing in ensuring I was comfortable and addressed all my concerns quickly. Because of their professional and calm demeanor, I went in to the procedure with absolutely no stress or anxiety and had an excellent recovery. I am so thankful for Dr. Wcislak and the entire team.

Dr Wcislak was great. She took me though each step so I would know what to expect. Everything happened just as she described, no surprises. I feel so much better. My calcium level went back to normal right after the operation.

Dr. Wcislak is fantastic. I have a partial thyroidectomy. I was so scared. She made me feel relaxed. She answered all my question (in the office, by email, by phone). Before the surgery, she came in and talked to me and was so friendly and smiling. The surgery was so easy. Dr. Wcislak is the best, kindest doctor I have ever had.

I just used her services. She is a very polite, and pleasant person to deal with. She took longer than I would have expected to make sure I felt good about what decisions were to be made during my surgery. When I had my first surgery on the right side of my thyroid, she had the left biopsied and let me know they had found cancer the next day. Two days later she had me scheduled to remove the rest of my thyroid. She called me personally to see how I was doing. I have been around many physicians in my lifetime. I would recommend using the services of Susan Wcislak. She is a gem. Jorge, in her office is so helpful that it wouldn't be right to write this review without complimenting him as well.

Dr Wcislak was very personable. She listened to my symptoms and explained exactly what she was going to do. She made me feel very comfortable from the very start. She was very professional and thorough. I would highly recommend her.

Dr Wcislak was was excellent in letting me know on layman terms what they found on my parathyroid and how it affected my health. She made me feel confident in the surgery procedure, and within a couple weeks of meeting her and her staff, I signed up for my thyroid surgery. I had no side effects except a sore throat for a couple days and I was very pleased with the procedure. I have already suggested to a potential thyroid surgery patient, Dr Wcislak.
