Excellent. My elderly Mom had uncontrollable diabetes and Dr. Wang came up with a plan tailored to meet her needs. She was spot on and I owe my Mom's 100 years of long life to her. She took an inordinate amount of time to work with me, my Mom's daughter, from out of state, so that my Mom's diabetes would be under control and I would not have emergency calls of low blood sugar. I have the utmost respect for her.

Dr. Susan Wang is wonderful! She is extremely intelligent, educated, and up to par with new medical innovations. She is pleasant and does not rush the appointment. She makes me feel like a person, not a patient. She listens and answers all my questions in a way that I understand. She is also amazing at explaining diagnoses and how the medication she is prescribing works within the body. I would recommend her to anyone!!! She is amazing!

Dr. Wang is a compassionate professional who basically saved my life when other endocrinologists put their hands up in despair of being able to help me. She got me on the way to feeling better because she thinks "out of the box". She treats each individual patient as just that... individual. She spends time with me and my husband who drives me because we travel an hour just to see her.

Dr. Wang is good at her job but has some unsavory opinions of Hispanics she feels free sharing with her patients. While not Hispanic myself, it was immediately unpleasant and uncomfortable as she continued to expound on her racist rant, especially considering her position of authority over one's health and wellness.

Breath of fresh air. Stop wasting your time with other Endo's that are not willing to listen to how you feel with thyroid disease, or work with you on how to feel normal again.

Dr. Wang herself is personable and helpful when you happen to get face time with her. Unfortunately, the staff supporting her is less than competent. Several calls and messages I left have gone unreturned. Labs and notes were lost. Incorrect information was given to me. My chart wasn't updated. I received a voicemail telling me I needed to do something that I had done and had been following up on for 2 weeks. Very frustrating.

Dr. Wang is the best Dr. I have ever had. She does not rush your visit, is very caring. Asks the right questions and give back honest and specific answers. Other Dr.'s should take a couple of lessons from her!
