Dr Ramirez works WITH her patients, rather than assuming the patient should simply take orders and never question anything. She listens to your concerns. Her Nurse practitioner, Nicole, is good as well.

Dr. Ramirez is so caring and helpful, even called me herself on a Saturday morning to give me test results. Her Nurse Practitioner, Nicole, is equally as caring. Both make me feel very comfortable and confident with the care they provide to myself and my son.

Rude staff, doctor tells you to make another appointment when expressing all concerns.

Not a good place to go. I went in with my mom to translate and the people there seemed upset and didn’t care that my mom didn’t feel comfortable. My mom had extra concerns so she told the doctor. The doctor said my mom can make another appointment for another day because she has other patients I was sitting in the lobby after them taking my mothers weight and pressure because I couldn’t be in the room after that which I understand, and only 1 patient went in. I think this is odd because my doctor wouldn’t do what this doctor did. Also this is what the doctor said Mom expressing her concerns for anxiety Doctors response “ from anxiety no one dies “ 1 nurse also seemed odd I had to tell them my mom gets anxiety for doctor appointments, She looked at me with bold eyes and didn’t say anything. So we walked out of this place. Even I that I don’t have anxiety this place made me feel uncomfortable.

I love Dr. Suzie. She sees my entire family. I would never go anywhere else.

Dr. Susie is both my care provider and the care provider for my (infant) son that was born with a congenital heart defect. As a first time parent, I have so many questions and she navigates each answer thoroughly and thoughtfully. The office was on top of follow-up and prompt to addressing each concern as they developed, squeezing in appointments as soon as they could. Overall, she seems very well versed in her medical knowledge.

Dr. Ramirez is a wonderful doctor. She's been seeing my son since he was born. She's very friendly, doesn't rush through the appointment, and always makes sure we understand everything. She takes the time to get to know her patients. I recommend her to everyone!

Dr. Ramirez is a great, Loving and compassionate Person. Her office and staff make you feel like family & I Definitely recommend her. She's also a great pediatrician and great with kids as well.
