Very upset!
I have been a patient of Dr Probst's for 39 years and have always felt I was getting the best care. I think she is a wonderful doctor and very caring. However, after my yearly appointment last year I was told that I couldn't make an appointment for my 2024 yearly exam because she would no longer be accepting Medicare. I hoped that this would change and called for an appointment this morning. Well, she IS no longer accepting Medicare!! How can any doctor do this to patients that they have treated for years? Especially since they are of Medicare age themselves!! I am sure I'm not her only patient that has aged along with her and now is on Medicare. I am extremely upset and disappointed in a doctor I thought I could trust!

Not my favorite
I went to Dr. Probst when I moved to the area and I’m glad I only visited her once. She had very poor bedside manner and didn’t seem to be aware of trauma informed care practices. I saw the PA at the practice a couple of times and she was great.

I had gone to her because I had no other option. She has no bedside manner, is horrible, won't believe you, will accuse you of faking symptoms for personal gain, then when she finds out what you were saying was right about YOUR OWN HEALTH, will act like you still are the problem. I also have never had weight problems in my life, I've always been thin. She has "The Weight is Over" posters (trying to be clever with play on words) all over the office, and told me she thinks I would benefit from her weight loss medication. She is one of the worst doctors I've ever seen. Do not go to this office, you will regret it. The staff is also very inconsiderate and unprofessional. I finally was able to leave this office and never plan on returning.

I have tried my best to work with this office for almost 2 years. Every single solitary time there is a mess up. Appointments made, then you get there and you have no appointment, labs drawn, no follow up, prescriptions ordered and paid for in advance, go to pick up and not record of payment, pulling credit card statements to prove I paid for the prescriptions, because oh yeah, they do not give receipts for payments received, pharmacy requesting refills, 3 times, no response. My advice? RUN

We also have comments regarding the poor office staff. We had an appointment scheduled a month ahead. We received a call a few days ago a week ahead of the appointment confirming a different date and time! We then went to our scheduled appointment and were told that we didn't have and appointment that day! They had to "wait and see if they could fit me in." and then we waited an hour! This is highly inconsiderate for a doctor and her staff to fool patients multiple times for one trip!

I was using Dr Probst for years. I also saw Beth. Today I was forced to leave this office. The reason was that I had an appointment made last year for 2/14/17. I work so I cannot get back to my phone calls right away. When I was able to hear my voice mail I was told by the caller "If you cannot call me back I will have to cancel your appointment on 2/14/17, mind you today was 2/7/17. I called back and the office was closed and the options were not working. A nasty person left the message.
