Telehealth
I just saw Dr.Mayo on a virtual through Doctor on Demand. I feel so blessed to have gotten her. Not only does she listen, she is respectful and gave me great advice to help with my pms. This was my first time using Dr on Demand and the money paid for that visit was well worth it. She sent my Dr’s note and prescription right away. Very efficient. Thanks Dr.Mayo you are the best and a great listener??

Absolute Blessing
Telehealth
Dr. Mayo took time to go over not only my asthma condition, but also my seasonal allergies. She made me feel comfortable, and did not rush through my visit. She truly cares about her patients.

Rude to Women of Color
Dr. Susan was my daughters doctor on the DrOnDemand app and she was horrible. She would not listen to her medical symptoms and just out right hung up the phone. Stay away.

Dr Mayo is a wonderful doctor whose knowledge is only surpassed by her patience. She explains everything well, and has practical suggestions for living a better and healthier life. I always feel better after an appointment with her. And her nurse Katie is charming and competent.

Stay away from this doctor. Missed the fact that my dads cancer came back. (Another doctor us an X-ray taken a year earlier showed a mass. ) Said he was tired because he was depressed and needed a phychiatrist. Instead of thinking that the first most likely cause was the return of his cancer. Three months later my dad was dead.

I've seen Dr. Mayo for 10 years. I would recommend her however I don't think she takes new patients. She's treated me for everything from a common cold to well visits. Nice office but very hectic. Staff is nice.

As a new patient many years ago with Dr. Mayo, on my initial visit the doctor was concerned about the lab reports were showing, and asked that I have further labs done. In doing so it was determined that I had a life threatening illness which with her help has been reversed. I owe Dr. Mayo my life.
