Went in for an annual well women’s exam. She made a lot of small friendly talk but that’s not what I’m there for. All she did was a Pap smear and breast exam - no pelvic exam. This is the shortest well woman exam I’ve had. Guess Westmed just hires anyone.

Terrible office. My daughter took the day off from work to see Dr. Malley. She was never told that the office moved to Putnam hospital. She missed her appointment . They were then only able to get her an appointment a month away.

I love Dr. Malley, she is a fantastic doctor who cares about her patients. I have never felt judged or uncomfortable in discussing any gynecological issues or concerns. Her office staff is somewhat incompetent, and it is difficult to get into contact with them but overall nothing out of line.

Dr. Malley and her staff are professional, knowledgeable, kind and caring. My questions are always answered with clarity and support to be sure I understand. There is no other place I'd rather receive care, and mine can get complicated, than with Dr. Malley and her crew. My husband says to say she's fantastic!

Dr Malley and her staff are wonderful. I have been a patient of Dr Malley's for over 12 years and continue to see her even though I moved an hour away. She helped me through several different biopsies and always showed compassion. I feel very fortunate to have her as my gynecologist....

One of the most caring physicians, I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. As a medical professional myself, that statement does not come lightly. She is thorough, understanding, and actually listens to her patient's concern's. She takes time to address individuality and comprehends that what's right for one isn't right for all. Her follow through with care is exceptional, and I am so glad I found her!

Dr. Malley is really extraordinary. She has a gift for making people feel at ease and relaxed, yet she listens carefully, is very smart and gets things accomplished. I mentioned something to her nurse in passing about an unrelated health concern, and Dr. Malley got right at it, found a specialist and got that started. The whole staff is pleasant and defuses what's normally a stressful situation. I'm grateful to have found Dr. Malley.

Dr Malley is beyond awesome!! She helped my mom who is elderly, but had an issue that Dr. Malley was able to resolve with patience, expertise, and a wonderful demeanor!! It is hard to believe that a doctor so kind and caring actually still exists! She is a very special person as well as a skilled physician! Her nurse and ALL members of the staff were FANTASTIC!! This is honestly one of the BEST DOCTORS THAT I HAVE SEEN IN A LONG, LONG TIME!

Been a patient for several years. Would never go back to the big "Costco" physicians when I have Dr. Malley. She knows me and my issues, remembers my previous concerns and makes each visit like catching up with an old friend. I finally brought my oldest daughter in for a chat with Dr. Malley and my daughter fell in love with her, too.

I needed to be seen right away, and my previous gynecologist wouldn't see me for a week. I called Dr. Malley, my sister's doctor, and her office went out of their way to fit me in. I cannot say enough nice things about Dr. Malley and her office. It's small and personal, as was the care.

After several phone calls to the office to request follow up on lab tests, I still have never received a call back. I've been trying to get this info for almost 3 months. While I liked the doctor, the office staff is extremely incompetent and I don't think I can go back. Horrible patient follow up.

There is something kind of creepy about Dr. Malley. It's like she is pretending to be kind and caring but it's fake. I also overheard her being very harsh with an employee in the office. I would never go back.

She is the best doctor I ever had. She is patient, extremely kind, understanding...everything you could want in a doctor. I have major anxiety before procedures and she has never once made me feel ashamed for being scared. I recently moved away, but I still drive 45+ minutes just to see her.
