Dr. Madsen is great!!!
My PCP of many years retired. My husband is a patient of Dr. Webb. I decided to see Dr. Madsen and establish myself as a patient. I have to say, she was amazing as she listened to my complete medical history. Additional office visits were just as productive as she was very attentive and I was never rushed. She spent lots of time with me and answered all my questions, she was personable and interested in what I had to say. So glad that I have her as my PCP. Thank you Dr. Madsen.

Very knowledgeable, thorough and compassionate
Dr. Madsen is a rare gem among PCPs - very thorough, compassionate and up-to-date with modern science. I highly recommend her.

I am reviewing Dr. Susan Madsen and her office staff. Dr. Madsen joined the practice of Dr. Mark Webb. Dr. Webb has been in practice for decades and is good. He made a mistake by hiring Dr. Madsen based on: She lacks genuine compassion, non-responsive to requests and doesn't seem to care. Examples: complete failure to respond in a timely manner to numerous repeated requests. Shows no sincere concern for a patient who is in pain. The office staff, (managed by her), is rude & non-helpful.

Takes a lot of time with you. There is no rushing or the proverbial hand on the door knob for a speedy exit. Is a good diagnostician .
