Dr. Lyons was very concerned about my son, with this being our first visit. She is incredibly knowledgeable and took her time to help us out and explained everything thoroughly.

After 4 days of suffering and going to walk in clinics and hosp. ER. Dr. LYON solved my problem in less than 5 mins.

The dr takes her time to listen to your issues that you are having & asking detailed questions to help find a solution. She took her time to explain what to do in order to get you better. She makes sure that you understand what she explained. The office staff is very knowledgeable in answering questions too.

Amazing bedside manner, thorough, explains everything exceptionally well, great attention to detail.

I had a horrible sinus infection with a horrible taste and horrible smell in my nose and mouth. The office was kind enough to get me in to see the Doctor the next day. She was thorough in explaining everything to me including the proper way to instill nose drops. I found out I had been doing it wrong for many years. The office lady was very nice

Zero stars. Absolutely horrible. Dr. Lyons associate told my 72 year old mother that her constant running nose was just from "having an old nose". WHAT?!?! She is on oxygen 24/7 and this constant nose running is a huge problem. Not even one suggestion on anything that might help. When we sent a letter to Dr. Lyons to report her associates "medical advise" she never even bothered to respond. Avoid this place, They are awful.

I called with an emergency situation & was told they had no appointments and it wasn't their policy to take emergency cases. When I pleaded with these women to go and ask the doctors if one would see me considering it was an emergency, Gail and her colleague absolutely REFUSED. I was told to call someone else & she hung up the phone. I called back & asked how they have such high reviews treating people like this and her response was I don't know, just call another ENT. Uncompassionate practice!
