No follow up
I had some health concerns due to my age and Dr Lowrey did not pursue any of the symptoms I was having. I had some pains and when I called her off again, I asked her assistant if I could get scheduled for an EKG. He said oh I can schedule that for you, however when I showed up at the time given, the front desk told me the Dr. Hd not approved it and they would need to check on it. No one called me or followed up. I have decided to seek quality Healthcare elsewhere. I was really disappointed in their lack of followup and professionalism

Wouldn’t recommend if you’re in pain! I have called 3 times explaining how much pain my 89 yo mother is in from ongoing shingles and either they won’t return my call or I’m completely ignored. What a shame healthcare has come to this! I’m a nurse and I couldn’t fathom treating someone this way. Sad....
