Dr Lake is inattentive, gave me diagnosis that was completely wrong! She did not look at the notes from The X-ray. Seems pre occupied all the time.

A very cold and uncaring physician who seemed to be concerned about how much money they can get out if you. This doctor stopped excepting Medicare and Medicaid and which meant that alot if elderly patients had to find new doctors; they refused to do referrals and could seemed to care less !

I liked my visits with Susan, as far as her personality. But, her hours were weird, no appointments after 12:40 pm. Front desk gal, Marva, was moody. She charged me for a yearly physical, 4 months before due, and trotted herself back to exam room to tell me my "balance due". Her response was, "oh". No apology. Last visit, 9 tubes of blood. BTW I have slightly high BP, cholesterol and sugar. Passed out cold. Finally got on my feet to talk to Marva. FUN! No one even called to check on me. Done.

The staff, including the doctor, didn't seem to really care about me as a patient. My problem was just kind of brushed off. I called back with a question and the lady who spoke to me just seemed rude. Will not be returning

Having to pay out of pocket to join her weight loss program ($75 to join and $50 EVERY 2 weeks) to receive a prescription for weight loss seems very unfair. If not illegal. Having been prescribed medication for weight loss in the past, I meet all the criteria as a good candidate, but since I can not afford Dr Lakes 'program', no prescription for me. Unethical. Instead of addressing this professionally and personally the Dr let the receptionist and nurse shoo me away coldly. AlsoWait time 30+min

Dr. Lake was recommended to me by some colleagues from work. Dr. Lake is very knowledgeable, and has good connections within community to refer to if needed. She has always been able to resolve my issue of concern within one visit. She does tend to leave appointments abruptly without saying good bye, or asking if I have any further questions. The first couple visists I had during which she left the room, I anticipated her return as she did not say anything on the way out the door.
