Compassionate and knowledgeable
Dr. Krieger attended to my 91-year-old father while he was at Gulf Coast Hospital near the end of his life. She took a great deal of time to speak with me about his condition and helped me figure out a compassionate course of action, arranging for him to be placed at a hospice house near me and to ensure that he received the comfort care he needed. Her perspective and her willingness to spend time with me to explain everything, go over his records and to follow up to make sure things were taken care of were great sources of comfort. She didn't just call me. She sought me out in his room to talk face to face. She spent a lot of time with us. Dr. Krieger practices the sort of medicine that is all too rare these days. I would highly recommend her.
