Dr. Susan Knoche, MD

Sought out treatment for internal hemorrhoid's in late 2022. Found her through google search. At first, the service was great. Bedside manner was excellent. Her NP was ok. Post surgery I experienced complications, including an emergency transport to the hospital due to quite a bit of blood loss. From that point, everything changed. I felt abandoned; post surgery problems were (and still are) present. Post surgery checkup was very awkward to say the least. It was a cold, standoffish feeling. I felt as if the checkup was like a 'I'm just here to get this over with' vibe from her. I made several appointments throughout 2023 due to the problems still being present, but never saw her. Her NP tried to help, and although we started off on a bad first meeting, I was thankful for her attempt in helping. Now, in present day 2024, I'm still experiencing problems and will be looking for a new doctor for help. This is the experience that I had with her, and for future patients I hope its different.

Dr Knoche was professional and kind. I didn’t feel like a number, but a person. Although she was super busy, she took the time to come by a couple of times before the procedure to check on questions or concerns. She was awesome!

Dr. Knoche explained everything thoroughly during our consultation. She went through pre surgery, the actual surgery and post surgery. Her office always responded promptly to questions I sent in thru their patient portal. No complaints therefore 5 stars.

She is a very caring physician. She made me feel so much better about my problem. She did not rush me and explained everything while examining me. I am so happy that she is willing to help make me better. I would highly recommend her to my friends. Staff were also excellent.

Dr. Knoche was very thorough in discussing my health issues. She was compassionate and set a plan for me to follow.

Dr.Knoche removed my colon close to the closing due to COVID I never got a 6 week check up all was fine fast forward two years later I’m having problems called the office made an appt to see her I went to the appointment to see her but saw her NP I’m not happy now I need to find another dr oh I drove 2 1/2 hours one way to say the lease I’m not happy so make sure to clarify who your appt is with

Dr. Knoche is did a thorough exam and took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of my questions.

Compassionate, caring, and helpful from the staff to Dr. Knoche. The staff, Lisa, Karen, and Alissa, the nurse, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and that we were taken care of. Dr. Knoche listen to us by listening to our questions, comments and concerns. Then she explained everything to us so that we could get a better understanding of what we were facing.

Office staff and Dr Knoche are all very nice and kind. Makes you feel comfortable.

Dr. Knoche did an excellent job of explaining things to me. She is very supportive and makes you feel comfortable and confident.

She was wonderful, congenial , and made me feel very comfortable. Her office staff was great! Highly recommend her !

The Dr. was personable and knowledgeable. She sorted through a rambling explanation of my history, did an exam and devised a plan. I left with the answers that I needed. Next, an upcoming hospital visit.
