Dr.Bland is a very nice and concerned doctor and always have she has been my whole family physician for years and very attentive as well as her staff

My appointment on 11/9/2020 with Dr Susan Bland was great! She is caring and easy to talk with as is her nurse, Sheila.

My prescription medicine is coming due for renewal and I received a notice from Medicare that we should temporarily use telehealth services for common office visits, mental health counseling, prescription renewals, and preventive health screenings. So I called my doctors office to see if they could renew my prescriptions. According to the nurse, we don't get paid for just writing prescriptions. You have to come to the office and see the doctor. I reminded her that I am over 70 and in the high risk group for Coronavirus, which she said they don't care, you still have to come to the office to see the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Bland a long time. She once was a good physician. However, it seems as of late she is a paper pusher for the company she works for rather then a physician. She doesn't do even the most basic things. I think when a physician no longer cares about their patients medical well being it is time to find one who does. Charges today were $249 and she didn't lay a hand on me. Nor did she look at me. She looked at a computer screen the entire time I was in the exam room.
