My visits are very pleasant she is so nice and my feet couldn’t be more better thinks to the doctor

I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Belanger for at least ten years. I have highly recommended her to several others. She is knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Her staff is courteous, friendly, patient, and helpful. The office is easily accessible and totally clean. I appreciated the fact that she was NOT quick to recommend surgery. Eventually I did need surgery and she worked with me to arrange it to my liking. She is an excellent surgeon and I highly recommend her.

My initial visit with Dr. Belanger was on (6/15/20). I had seen another podiatrist for years but he had retired. My first impression of Dr. Belanger was very positive, as I arrived with a very painful toe issue and when I left the level of pain was reduced by about 90%. She is very thorough and knowledgeable but also, has a very friendly, caring demeanor. Based on my experience, I would recommend her to others.

My family and I have been patients of Dr Belanger since the Late 1990’s. My husband and a majority of his family, all of whom are in law enforcement, have entrusted their feet with Dr Belanger, and have never been disappointed! She is one of those rare physicians that truly cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Both of my children (teenagers) recently injured both of their ankles on a weekend and she stayed late on a Saturday to assess and treat both of them! Consider yourself blessed if you are one of her patients!

My problem is with her billing practices. I visited her and was told I needed an orthotic which would cost me $500 as Medicare doesn't pay. After my initial visit, I had to return 3 times. First time I handed her my shoes and she put in the orthotic and explained how to break them in. A few weeks later one was irritating my foot so I went back. She walked in and I handed her the orthotic, showing her where it hurt. The 2-minute visit never looked at my foot and said she would send them out to be filed down. When they came back I was told I had to see the doctor in order to pick them up. Again 2 minutes visit where I handed her my shoes and she put them in. She then bills Medicare $167 for each of the 3 visits plus my co-pays. She billed using CPT code 99213 which in my opinion is incorrect, and I understand CPT codes very well as I worked for a major healthcare provider. Look up the code and you will see that the average visit is 15 minutes and at least 2 of 3 other criteria

Dr Belanger is an awesome dr. The receptionist Jessica is horrible. I will never return because of her nasty attitude. It’s a disgrace. And there is no manager to speak to. Terrible.

Would definitely recommend

Dr. Belanger is terrific! I suffered from plantar fasciitis for months under the care of a different podiatrist with absolutely no improvement. Once I started seeing Dr. Belanger I started to make progress almost immediately. She encouraged me to be patient, and was able to make orthotics (with a few adjustments) that worked. Now I’m happy to report that I am completely pain free! Her office staff, especially Jessica, are also very nice which makes it overall a positive experience. I high

Dr Belanger is one of the best physicians I have visited. She is knowledgeable and always puts the patient first. Her manner is very welcoming and she devotes 100% of your appt to you! So very glad I found her. Her office staff so very nice also. Than you Dr B for everything

Immediate appointment made for a severe pain in the foot. Staff was very accommodating and pleasant. Wait time was minimal due to having completed new patient forms from an online source. Dr. Belanger is very patient friendly; knowledgeable and took the time to explain cause and treatment. I highly recommend her as a premier foot doctor.
