DO NOT RECOMMEND WHATSOEVER
If I could give Mr. Thomas zero stars I would. We scheduled a telehealth visit with him earlier this week. We are still waiting 3 days later. We have observed terrible, terrible bedside manner the older the patient got. Just terrible - noncaring and not empathetic at all. Our home health nurse texted him the day after the scheduled appointment Thomas missed and he never responded. Still hasn't. It appears he does not teach or follow the Hippocratic Oath of ethics. I'm wondering if he billed Medicare for the non-existent telehealth visit. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

DO NOT GO TO THOMAS – Jan 14, 2023

Quiet and respectful staff, including the physician. Office is efficient and calm, with no long wait periods. Recently, I had my first hospitalization in my life. Dr. Thomas was there each morning and keeping up with all my issues. This was very comforting because I was afraid. He is wise and will bring that wisdom to you when you need it. The staff at the hospital had only good to say about him.

I love Dr. Thomas and his staff. Dr. Thomas was detail-oriented and went through my various symptoms with me. He showed genuine concern and care and helped me feel at ease. Dr. Thomas is very knowledgeable and is always willing to go the extra mile to show for his patients. Also, has very good bed side manners.

If you get 5 minutes of his time, that would be a long visit with this doctor. He doesn’t review pts medical history or prior issues from earlier visits. It’s all about getting you in and getting you out. You can seriously feel him getting anxious around the 5 minute mark. If you need a referral to a specialist, this is your guy.. otherwise don’t waste your time if you are expecting compassion or genuine concern. Staff is marginally adequate at best.

He was very rude and insensitive to me. I am a 70 year old woman with severe gastrointestinal issues. He gets upset and frustrated with me easily when I ask him to go over and help me understand things regarding my health. I will not be seeing him again. However, his staff was quite courteous.

My aunt is an in-home patient of Hospice and Dr.Thomas is her primary doctor. She’s had a constant problem with blood in her urine and he “claims” it is normal. He does not check up on her, and is not up-to-date with her health. He has placed her on over 10 different medications as if she were a lab rat! I’ve attempted to reach out to him SEVERAL times to no avail. I’m sure he “may” be an ok doctor if you have to come inside his office but as far as satellite care and attention to detail for people like my aunt, he’s pretty much another quack collecting payment off of the elderly
