Dr. Babu is, bar none, the best doctor I’ve ever encountered. He genuinely cares about his patients. Several family members utilize him, and our interactions are beyond positive. He’s highly knowledgeable, attentive, and well-connected in the medical field. The offices are staffed with superior personnel, clean, and conveniently located in Cypress and Hempstead. We highly recommend his services!

I unfortunately had a bad experience trying to set up an appointment. My father called last week to set up an appointment and was told they were to busy and didn’t have time to set up the appointment that they would call him back. He never received a phone call back. Today I decided to call and set it up for him and lily the manager answered the phone and I told her I wanted to set up the appointment and told her the situation that happens with my father trying to set up the appointment and she answered “yes , that was me that told him that.” I explained to her since he tried to set it last week and was told he would receive a call back would he have to wait the 3 weeks? She then began to speak to me very slowly as if I couldn’t understand. I told her I understand perfectly fine there is no need to speak to me slowly. I asked her if I could speak to someone else about setting up the appointment and she began to tell me “I am the manager, you can’t talk to anyone else. I asked to speak

I've been going to this doctor for 14 plus years. He's quick witted and very thorough with his examination of his patients. He is very knowledgeable and straight forward without a lot of fluff. If he doesn't have the answer to a particular problem, he can give you a referral and tell you what specialist is better suited in that medical field. He has also assembled a great medical staff. Even on days when they may be overwhelmed with patients, they keep things running smoothly. Outstanding doctor and staff!!
