As a grand daughter that helps to take care of my grandmother and mother, Dr. Sugrim and his staff need a lot of work on their customer service. I appreciate a Guyanese doctor trying to help and give back to his community, but calling an elderly patient, who can not hear properly and has a mild case of dementia, every other week to come in to have her blood drawn and a follow up is excessive. He also likes to send everyone for EKG's to his buddy down the block ( which is actually a great cardi
