Don't waste your time
This office is ridiculous. Do not send your loved one here. They don't know how to do a damn thing and please don't send in any forms that are needed for your loved ones. They will not be looked at until 3 months later and that's if you ask about it. Ridiculous

Keep looking
I have been going here for a few years and have never been overly impressed, but since I would only go 1x a year for a physical I didn't go through the hasel of finding a new Dr. She is always over an hr late for my appointments, lost my blood work results and said that her office doesn't make mistakes, so I must by lying about going to get my blood drawn. Recently I have had to see the Dr. more often and it has only gotten worse. Every issue I have is because I am fat, no other reasons are discussed. Getting my RX fills are a nightmare, she will deny refills without reaching out to me, on medications that have serious withdrawal symptoms from stopping cold turkey. This all has led me to find a Dr. who puts in the effort to care about their patients. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your next Dr.

Terrible staff rushed visit one hour wait times
This office staff is terrible they are not educated or friendly. The doctor doesn’t have a compliant process. Additionally she bills for services she didn’t provide and doesn’t even spend 10 minutes for a follow up visit with the patient and she bills for this. This is against billing and coding rules. Her office is very dirty and she has long wait times. She doesn’t answer questions and only cares about money she doesn’t care about answering questions for patients or taking her time definitely a horrible experience and she needs an office manager because she and her office staff are a mess

Highly recommend Dr. Bandlamuri and her practice
All of my interactions as a patient with Dr. Bandlamuri have been extremely positive. She is thorough in her examination and the staff's follow up on coordination of care with specialists is excellent. I highly recommend Dr. Bandlamuri for primary care services.

Grade F-
Do not contact this doctor if you have a loved one, especially if they are elderly. She will not listen to your concerns and if you question her she, in turn, reacts negatively. If you asked for an Xray after a fall, she will refuse it. If you have a history of sores on the leg needing to be treated by a wound specialist she will not refer you. She is NOT compassionate, patient, or knowledgeable but most of all she does not respect you as a patient or your time.

Worst doctor I've ever had
I chose this doctor based on location and insurance coverage. My first visit was for a general physical. A month later I learned a partner had been diagnosed with gonorrhea. So I called Dr. Bandlamuri's office, told them what was up, and asked for her to order an STD screening, including both oral and rectal swabs, because of the specific exposure risks. They insisted I had to see her in person. As I needed the STD tests, I reluctantly complied. At the visit, all she did was have me repeat what I'd told the staff on the phone. She then put in an STD order. At the lab, I found she'd ordered only 1 swab but not the other. Later, I read her post-visit notes and saw she'd written that she'd counseled me to have only protected sex, with condoms. That was untrue: she'd provided no counseling. To sum up: she required an unnecessary visit (for which she got paid); was medically negligent (she didn't order a necessary test); and claimed to have provided service she hadn't provided.

Short wait time to see the doctor. I actually saw her PA and she spent plenty of time with me to hear what was going on and prescribe me medication that was fitting to my problem. Love this office. Have been coming for over 10 years. I live an hour away but still make the drive.

This dr (which is inside a giant medical complex which is near the St Mary’s hospital ER & ICU). Ive avoided even going to the grocery store across the street because I don’t want to come in contact with Covid-19. Her office called me in April to tell me I needed my yearly. In the state of Arizona we were told to halt all medical things they aren’t necessary that month. The same week my dentist said I COULDN'T see them she said I MUST see her. I explained I was concerned & uncomfortable due to her location . I was told repeatedly by her rude office staff that if I didn’t get my yearly physical & pap - she won’t refill my blood thinners! These 2 things have no correlation! I explained repeatedly how uncomfortable I was because I have a cancer survivor husband & a child with a heart condition & her office staff said NOT ONE WORD about how they are taking precautions & being careful. I‘ve had no blood thinners for a month! She cares more about money than medical care-period!

She is meticulous and checks my record at each visit. She explains lab test results carefully and answers my questions. She has been my primary care physician for more than 10 years. I have no hesitancy in recommending her to other elderly (I'm 81) patients.

Unprofessional front desk staff. Dr. Is much too busy and aloof to care for her patients needs. Possibly caused by stacking too many patients per hour. I will never go back again.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have had Dr. Bandlamuri as my PCP for 2 years. She’s been fine before recently, but has always been short, matter of fact, and not interested in answering questions. Recently I have been hopping between OBGYN, ER and PCP for extremely lower abdominal pain, pins and needles sensation across my back, behind my legs and gluts. Dr. Bandlamuri REFUSED to listen to my concerns and questions. She ARGUED with me that I was wrong, insinuating I was making up my pain. She wrote me off as having GASTRITIS and left, not even having the decency to look me in the eye. I asked her sweet front desk girls if I could have a moment of Dr’s time to address my concerns I still had, she refused. After ANOTHER visit to the ER, the doctor said Dr. Bandlamuri sounded like an inattentive QUACK. They said I need to follow up with a BETTER doctor and seek help for some sort of nerve damage they believe may be in my back. My abdominal pain was not gastritis, but a ruptured ov

Ignored and Frustrated Patient – Sep 12, 2019
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Bandlamuri?
The worst and rudest office staff you will ever have to deal with. Refused to accept a cash payment for a visit for my 90 year old mother after they changed policy of no longer accepting Medicare. The trip was very stressful on her due to her age. To not accept a cash/credit card payment for an office visit so she could at least see the Dr was inhumane.

This office is a mess. Their phones forward to their answering services intermittently throughout the day. The answering service is not allowed to take a message. So you have to call back repeatedly. Except they forward their calls. It’s a hopeless waste of time. I showed up 5 min before my appointment time to a hall full of people standing outside of their office door waiting to get in because the lights were off and the door was shut. No sign, no note, after lunch time. Disorganized.

In doing a "physical" she did an improper exam. Just pushed in a few places. Had my (normal) Mammogram results in hand. Is a dictator and doesn't allow you to make any decisions about your own body and what you are willing to take. I just started going to her and I have changed doctors already.

She is more about money than taking care of her patients. I had blood work done, had high cholesterol and high blood sugars. For months she never said anything, so I made an appointment to find this. Every doctor I ever had before actually read your labs and notified you if something was wrong, not this one. I also had a complete physical done, which consisted of the normal checking of lungs, heart beat and then only checked my reflex's which didn't work which she said was ok & that was it?
