I was advised that the new patient medical exam was delayed until the next visit, and not advised results of a residual scan. During the second visit, I went desk to desk as advised by staff, and then told no one would have told me to do that by the receptionist at the ultrasound desk. It was a bit unsettling to be left exposed while waiting for the procedure, and there were no instructions afterwards (just findings) which left me in pain as the numbing meds wore off the rest of the day. The receptionist for the doctor was awesome, the ultrasound technician was gentle, but I found myself with more questions than answers after the visit. I don't think that I needed to have so much pain without any information sheet or suggestions after a five-minute procedure.

I had an excellent visit. The doctor was very thourough and took time with questions and answers.

She is very knowledgeable and kind. She doesn't hurry you, but takes the time to explain what the options are and to answer any questions.
