Dr. Reddy is an absolute pleasure!

I have recommended Dr Reddy to many over the years!

I've been seeing Dr. Reddy for eight years and I just love how patient she is. She is always kind, honest, and professional. I love that she tells you the truth and doesn't beat around the bush.

Dr. Reddy had a "shrug" attitude and seemed unconcerned about my prolapse. She showed no empathy about my condition. She offered little information. She wasn't in a hurry - but she didn't ask me many questions. Shrug, shrug, not much can be done. Having prolapse Is a slightly big deal to me but she showed cursory Interest. Also later I realized It had been a year and a half since I was there - yet she never asked to do a breast exam or Pap test.

Dr. Reddy has always been wonderful!

Dr. Reddy is so kind, I felt she had my best interest inMind while discussing my health. I was a patient with Another Doctor there prior to the reorganization and absolutely love the relaxing, but professionalism of the office. Very grateful that Dr. Reddy stayed.

She really took great care of my situation, sh was kind and understanding.

I was a little upset that I had taken and hour and a half out of my day and paid a $40 co-pay to see Dr. Reddy about something that could have very easily been covered with a phone call. I felt like I was led to believe necessary to discuss next steps needed from a test I recently had. Turned out that was not the case at all so I felt like the nurse who called me and told me I NEEDED to come for this appointment really made this a greater issue than it was. Turned out to be a 3 minute conversation that required no additional action at all. I was a bit upset that I had unnecessarily used time and money that could have easily been saved.

Dr. Reddy was very informative, exceptionally friendly, and pleasant to spend time with. She is a true professional and was instrumental in diagnosing and treating my endometrial cancer. I am grateful for her service.

I have been going to this practice for 30 years. Everyone has personalities that we mesh with better than others. I will transfer to another physician in this practice for my next exam.

I appreciated Dr. Reddy's straight talk about my situation, her understanding about my reticence to have a surgical procedure I wasn't sure I needed (this was a second opinion visit), and how succinctly she laid out my options and let me choose what I felt most comfortable. I also fully believe if she truly thought there was a high probability of a problem, her advice would have changed to suit the situation. (I hope that makes sense.)

Dr Reddy gave me options for treatment for my problem and then did an examination. After that she said she wanted to go across the hall and have the ultrasound tech do an ultrasound. The tech was out to lunch. My appointment ended abruptly and with Dr Reddy walking me out to scheduling for them to schedule me two weeks out with both tech and doctor were both available.

I appreciate Dr Reddy she's very patient, kind , considerate and helpful. She also explains things very well.

I did not care for the attitude of Dr. Reddy at my very first visit with her. She seemed to be flippant in her attitude and not pay attention to my prior history. I began to get Medicare claim denials for the visit and upon checking into it myself, she did not use the correct Procedure Code nor the correct ICD-10 codes. The biller claimed they were not aware a Pap test was not covered until many patients called the office re their denials. Nor did she use the correct code for a med necessity office visit. I have been following this matter for nearly a year, and Medicare keeps telling me to tell the biller to call the Medicare Provider Line for information on how to file my claim correctly. I am stuck with the bill for her office, AND Lab Corp for the pap, who cannot file an amended claim because Dr. Reddy's office can't take the time to call Medicare Provider Line for proper procedure to get their claim paid with subsequent paying of LabCorp and on to my secondary provider.
