Not much wait in spite of the busy practice. Dr. Lal is knowledgeable, thorough, and have a good communication skills. There are no unanswered questions. Great human being. The staff is wonderful.

Appt was a 3 min. rush, disrespected by dr. who also agreed to the procejure and then he cancelled it ,only to not requested needed info . from other dr.s first ,because he had no plans too. I had to request by phone that Dr.Lal send in for a clear for procejure, since he was making it difficult for me to get a colonoscopy .Staff told me he refused to do procejure due to asthma and hypertention. All these are controlled by inhaler if needed and have not needed in months because they were due to food allergy . Hypertenion was controlled with meds. and my others dr.s were ok with my numbers. He was looking for excuses not to do the procedure, yet wanted to send to to the government run hospital A.U. where student whould do the procedure . Now, does that make since. smh . My insurance covers the procedure and not sure why he things A.U. can do a better job.

Not only is he knowledgeable he treats his patients with respect.

This provider is excellent. He listens, is thorough when explaining conditions. I would definitely return, and highly recommend this physician to family and friends.

Dr. Lal is the best! My son was very sick. Dr. Lal took one look at him at his initial visit and immediately had him scheduled for a colonoscopy and egd the next day. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a gastro Dr. He cares and it shows.

Amazing care, patient with answering all questions!

Dr & staff friendly enough. Wrong pharmacy, marital, and tobacco statuses listed. Still waiting over a month to get a call back to schedule my colonoscopy. Sent multiple messages through electronic medical record and left messages. Very disappointing. My deductible starts over soon and needed procedure done before then. Practice is too busy to provide accurate and any type of personalized service.

Terrible, doesn't follow up and doesn't seem to really care. Poor communication, says he'll do something then you end up having to pay for another appointment. I have lost my faith in our health system and it's because of doctors like this.

Attending an appointment with my reg dr, I keep having bad stomach pain! Couldn’t hardly eat! Dr lal ran several test to rule out things, found some bad bacteria, treated me on meds for several days, I finally was able to eat! He’s very kind, understanding and answers all my issues! I highly recommend him!!

Dr. Lal is absolutely trash. Had an appointment to have an endoscopy and was given instructions to follow. Instructions was severely unclear. They even lacked giving me the prescription necessary for the appointment and i had to reschedule after waiting two months to have the surgery. I was pissed off and informed him personally of the error of his staff and all he had to say was talk to the scheduling person and they will explain the proper way to do the "cleanse" but they were the one to mess up in the first place and he himself would not tell me the proper way to do the "cleanse". If you can wait, please go to someone else. I have not rescheduled and will not reschedule because I refuse to have someone just absolutely not care about my well being when im not awake. DO NOT PICK THIS DOCTOR!

This was a routine checkup and I was very satisfied with the visit.

My mother and I have been with Dr.Lal for over 10 years and I couldn’t be more happier to have him as our doctor. Dr.Lal is caring, compassionate show sympathy and empathy and the bottom line is he cares for your well-being. He also has an outstanding Nurse Ms. Douglas. I have NEVER met Pair like them. Together they have helped me get a normal life back. I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease back in ‘99. I was so sick but he nipped that in the bud and I’ve been in remission for almost 8 years now. I owe my health to them two. I would recommend Dr.Lal 10 out of 10 times.

Dr Lal is very personal and empathetic. He's always gone above and beyond. Making appointments with him have been easy, and when an urgent matter arose, I was accommodated.

Dr. Lal is a doctor that loves his patients. He does his best to take great care of all his patients. He listens to his patients. He takes time with his patients. He makes sure his patients understand him completely. He doesn't talk to his patients with all the big doctor terms because he wants them to be able to understand everything that he is saying about their health. I love Dr. Lal because he is a great doctor.
