The only reason I marked "No" when trying to get an appointment when needed was because a majority of my appointments are cancelled by the office and they say they can't get me in for 4 to 6 months. That's very annoying but since I can't do anything about it, I live with it.

Once I got into the doctor's office it was great. The buildings are not marked well. I spent a considerable time driving around and once parked I spent a considerable time walking around trying to figure out the buildings. It would be very helpful if you would mark the buildings and make it very clear how to maneuver. I had no idea where the doctor's building was and had to stop two or three people to find a way get there. This is not good!

Had to wait 4 months to see Dr Park. Staff reached out to see if I could switch to a different doctor since Dr Park was too busy. Declined the request to switch. After seeing Dr Park, video call w a different Dr (didn't even get an option to choose) for procedures follow up was scheduled for Dr Park is just too busy.

My appointment was cancelled three times in a row by the office. Wasn't the doctors fault but with each cancellation it took a few months to get a new appointment. It all worked out though.
