Honest, knowledgeable and caring.
Telehealth
Hello, my name is Jose Diaz and I am truly privileged to have such a caring, professional physician attending to my general health needs. Dr. Sun is very attentive and doesn't rush to conclusions. I met Dr. Sun through a friend and I am very grateful for being in his care. Next month I will tele-conference him and thank him for his kindness and professional demeanor.

Dr Sun is one of the best General doctors I've known; he's thorough, listens carefully, and knows how to handle patients like myself and my family. I drive 1hr plus, to see him. Pray he continues well and serving his patients.

they were 30 mins late to the 1st & 2nd appointments, one was telehealth. for the 3rd appointment (also telehealth) they were over an hour late & which i canceled. i only met the doctor once on my 1st visit, briefly. he checked my overall health & ordered blood tests, even though i had asked for a full physical. on the 2nd visit, through telehealth, i saw the ANP who went over lab results & prescribed medication. after this, instead of getting blood work done at a lab nearby, the APN insisted i return to the office (30 mins away). the day of, i learned that the blood had to be sent to a lab to be analyzed. this unnecessary step always caused problems and made it difficult to find my results. the staff has no respect for patients' time/ circumstances, they don't even give you options or reasons. a quick apology solves everything. then they bill you $40 for speaking to someone who is not a dr, taking your own pressure, temperature, & waiting for them to show up for your results.
