I was admitted through the ER and was assigned her as my hospitalist at Mercy. When she came to my room she was arrogant and made me feel like a case number instead of a patient. I didn't know who she was and when I tried to ask questions her response was to contact my Dr. and she was discharging me. I was in a lot of pain and felt I couldn't wait for my next Dr.appt. but she said she couldn't help. She showed no concern or compassion for my feelings.
