Incompetent
I have not been able to start a treatment due to errors on the providers end. I have been on calls for a few weeks now to get this sorted out, and it still has not been resolved. I understand paperwork is hard, but it should not be the patient’s job to learn of and communicate issues stemming from the providers end.

Not happy
I was hoping to build a relationship with a dermatologist but Dr. Rengarajan didn't seem interested in that happening. I went in for a full body once over because of a history of moles, extreme dark spots, etc. Her exam was cursory. Then she told me if I just wanted a skin check I could have my primary care doctor do that. I was dismissed. It takes nerve to bill an insurance company for the care I received.
