Dr. Younus is so thorough and compassionate. I have had many PCPs over the years, looking for one that really listened. The search is over, Dr. Younus listened to every concern and provided meaningful feedback/solutions. I really like her.

Terrible service. I had to wait for a long time to get my blood work done WHen I got to the lab, it was empty. My son was billed incorrectly for his visit. They charged him for a medical visit instead of a physical which would have been covered by my insurance. I specifically made the appointment for a physical for this reason. I called to the Dr. Younus and Jenna to resubmit the visit as a physical. I had to wait about 20 minutes until I was able to talk to a person. There was a sign up that said they would charge questions as separate visits, so beware before you ask a question. You may want to ask if you will be charged before you ask. They did not mention this to me. I just happened to see the note n the wall. The person I spoke with said the doctor and Jenna would call me back within 24 hours. I also left a message on the portal. Nobody contacted me. My husband, son and I will be changing doctors. I wish I read the reviews before making our appointments.

Dr. Younus is very gifted and knowledgeable. I never feel rushed during by annual checkups, and her office is responsive with special needs throughout the year. She is aware of special disease trends in my family, and takes precautionary measures. I recommend her highly.

I find Dr. Younus to be extremely through and methodical in her approach . She doesn't make me feel rushed which is rare in todays' Medicine. She listens well as is evident by her treatment. I have been her patient for over 2 years. and am glad I found her.

I was referred to Dr. Younus by my previous PCP that was no longer practicing, while hesitant because i was so comfortable with him I decided that if he was referring me to her i should give her a chance. I am glad that i did and have been extremely pleased with the attention and time that Dr. Younus gives at each office visit that i have had with her; she is very thorough and listens to my concerns. I appreciate her pro-activeness and would absolutely recommend her to others.

After one visit with Dr. Younus, I recommended that my family and friends not go anywhere near her. I was a patient who transferred from a remarkable, but recently retired Dr in the same network and was totally disappointed with Dr. Younus. She rushed, didn't listen to me and essentially told me if I don't like her hard and fast recommendations to find another Dr. And that was just our first appointment, I can only imagine it would get better from there...yikes.

Regardless of waiting (because that happens in every hospital), the environment was exceptional, and everyone was so nice. Dr. Younus was such a caring doctor for me and I highly recommend her and will be going back in the future.

It is impossible to get anyone at the office to answer the phone. I never received a phone call when my script had been written and was ready to pick up. Poor communication at the office and would not recommend to anyone.

I made an appointment with dr younus after having to wait on he phone for someone to answer three times before someone picked up. It took me three weeks to get in and when I showed up I was five minutes late. There were about 10 people in line in front of me waiting to check in, which the desk lady acknowledged. After waiting a half an hour they told me I had to reschedule because I was late or wait for an amount of time they couldn't specify. I walked out. Will not come back. Horrible experienc

My 1st visit with Dr. Younus was unremarkable. It was impossible to get in to see her for immediate medical needs afterwards. I saw her nurse practitioner once, but found her cold, unpleasant, and lacking knowledge. When I continued to need an appointment with Dr. Younus, it was not even an option. I was told she couldn't see me for at least another week. I thought I could settle my needs by talking to her on the phone, but my message went unanswered.
