Dr. Suman Golla, MD

I met with Dr. Golla over a decade ago. Sinus infections have been something I've been dealing with ever since I've moved to Pittsburgh. Although a surgery was not something I was aiming for, it appeared to be the only logical solution and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. Dr. Golla has been there from start to finish, and beyond. Over a decade went by before I made another appointment. Once again I got Dr. Golla's full attention. All questions and concerns I had have been answered, and then some. From personal experience I would highly recommend Dr. Golla for all of your ENT needs.

I saw Dr golla multiple times in relation to granulation tissue I have in my ear. I was told multiple times that I didn't have it in my ear but Dr golla, and this was not the case at all. I'm frustrated. As a doctor specializing in ear, nose and throat, you should know what granulation tissue is and what it looks like. I told her my ear didn't feel any better and was told to wait 2 weeks and call off nothing changes. Of course nothing was going to change. She wasn't treating the problem. I saw a different ENT who informed me that Dr golla was wrong. What really gets under my skin is that I would have suffered for two weeks over something she should have caught over a month ago. I genuinely feel bad for her current patients, because I can't be the only one with this experience. Do your research before seeing a specialist.

Didn’t listen to me. Didn’t address my concerns. Asked me three times if I smoked. To which I told her NO, and I never did. Never looked in my ears which I complained about. Worse Dr. I ever saw. Then gave me a script for my stomach for a medicine I’m already on.

She was an excellent diagnostician. She listened to my medical problems and gave me a medical plan with medications and follow up. I have been to her office many times and am always impressed by this physician who has up to date treatments and a wonderful bedside manner.

Dr. Suman Golla, MD is friendly and is help. The office staff is great. The bad thing is that no one returns your phone call. The first time I set up and appointment I had to call twice before someone would return my call. I needed to set up another appointment and I called on a Monday when the office was opened it is not Wednesday and I called again at 8 am and I have yet to hear back.
