Scheduling an appt was easy, and where the positives ended. -The front office never properly checked me in to my appt (this caused lots of problems after my appt) -I waited 1.5 hours in the waiting room before being seen (I asked-staff said this was normal for the MD to be behind) -The staff never introduced themselves to me (just put me into a room and started asking private medical questions and I had no idea who he was) -The medical assistant (I guess that's who it was) also didn't seem to have medical knowledge -After 4 phone calls and 2 weeks, my MRI order was never placed and never sent out -I spoke with 3 different staff that said they DID have my correct insurance information, but all 3 never followed up or communicated to the other staff -When I made the 5th phone call the receptionist was rude and gave me passive aggressive responses to the questions I was asking I tried to give the benefit of the doubt, but rudeness along with incompetency turned me away.

My husband had Lewy body Dementia....She was a Godsend....She was very professional, knowledgeable & and Was Truly Caring.

She has been my dr for the past 11 years. She is very competent, professional, proficient & friendly. I would recommend her time & time again. She takes the time to make sure you always have the answers that you need & you are on the right treatment plan & course of action no matter what. I simply love her!!!

Highly recommend as she is very thorough & not only allowed me to fully explain my problem, but also did a detailed exam where she actually touched me (unlike the previous 4 drs I had seen). She explained clearly at a level I understood what the possible causes of my problem could be and why she was ordering specific tests. There may not be a fix or cure for what is causing my symptoms, but finally I have found a high quality neurologist who also appears to care enough to search for the answer.

This has been the worst experience I have ever had with complete incompetency. We have been waiting for test results to be faxed for four days and they haven't even made to the patient file yet. The office manager will not speak to us and the doctor does not respond either. I am at the office now to resolve the matter but the only one scheduled to be in the office today decided to wait until noon to come to work. If you don't need test results or someone to return your call youre in luck.

She was very friendly and on the first visit made me feel at ease. She did not rudh the appointment.
