Not returning
I scheduled my appointment a week in advance and gave them my insurance info. My appointment was at 12PM. When I arrived (on time), that’s when they verified my insurance. At 12:05 I was escorted into a room where I waited OVER AN HOUR! I had to go out and ask “how much longer”. They said “let’s call her”. WHAT DO YOU MEAN. Why was she not there? Why wasn’t it communicated that she was going to be out. I could have made better use of my time. When she arrived, she stood at the door. I explained to her the constant bleeding and IUD issues. Not one time did she examine me. She offered to do a paps next week. I’m sorry but I’m concerned NOW. Then they told me call the insurance to see if they cover an ultrasound and gave me paper to get blood work. A waste of 1 hour and 30 mins for a 5 min conversation and no examine. I will never return.

Dr.Thota is very rude ,not professional at all. She needs to be fired. She schedule her then doesn’t come in. Someone needs to put her in her place, which needs to Jayca or board of directors,to stop her rudeness and misbehaver

Dr . Thota is very unprofessional, she’s never in time, I waited almost 2 hours with my Mother for her appointment. This doctor is condescending, doesn’t care that people have other commitments besides waiting on her, It’s ridiculous. This was the last time I bring my mother here. Don’t ever come here.

I would not even give her a star if I had that option, I’m basing this on never being on time, not on time meaning hours late, 2 hours late at times.. doesn’t have a clean clinic as well. Even with covid at the rise patients are sitting side by side but doesn’t seem to matter at this particular clinic. I would’nt say she isn’t a qualified doctor but you will face concerns that will irritate you. You’ll have to schedule your day and reschedule it again because she is never on time. 2 or 3 times it’s ok but all the time it’s certainly not ok.

It was a first time appt with this Physician specifically but a very good visit. I am always leery to switch doctors but Dr. Thota was very curteous, and thorough in my visit. I will return to see her for sure.
