Patient Treatment
Dr. Kumar is the most amazing. From the very beginning he explained everything in great detail. Infectious Disease is scary and Dr. Kumar was able to break everything down with detail that the average person could at that point make the best clear decisions. I will recommend Dr. Kumar to anyone needing guidance.

Outstanding at diagnosing disease, great teacher
22 July 2023 About this time in 2010, Dr. Kumar treated my bride, Maria, for MRSA that came on after her chemo treatment for breast cancer. Given her allergies, it took a while to find a combination that worked. About this time in 2012, Maria got diagnosed with some sort of dementia. Our neurologist told us they medicines could slow rate of memory loss. But nothing could bring back what was already gone. Maria clocked out 3 March 2020. Based on an odor that her sister, Clara, and I had been noticing, the Dr. who examined the body suspected that Maria was eaten up inside with cancer. The bottom line is Dr. Kumar gave Maria and I and her family in Brasil more time together. For that I am forever grateful.

I met Dr. Kumar while on an extended hospital stay from an identifiable illness. After a week, they called him in to see if he could figure it out. His patience and ethic set the bar so high. My whole family fell in love with him. I saw him for about 2 weeks in the hospital. We never did figure out what I had, however he didn't give up trying. I looked forward to him visiting every day and explaining all the tests and results and why they had to do everything they did.
