Dr. Athni explains everything for me and spells things for me that I need help spelling. He listens to every concern I have and works to get the answers for me. There’s nobody else I trust with my care like Dr. Athni. There’s not a long wait and he doesn’t rush you in and out like a number for the almighty dollar. He genuinely cares for his patients. Absolutely the best!

Front office staff is the worst. Will not talk to insurance company. Ignores calls from insurance. Refused to honor appointment. Horrible office. Horrible experience

Terrible experience with Dr. Athni and his staff. Seemed not interested and rushed. Failed me in every imaginable category. Would NOT refer anyone to him. Went for a TBI exam and he had a perceived "better than you along with leaning on his credentials" attitude.

Dr. Athni has treated me for a concussion due to a worker's compensation injury. I have found him to be direct, honest, thorough, and caring. I trust his judgment, and he is guiding me step by step toward improved health. I'm so thankful to him and his staff for their clear communication and guidance. Dr. Athni usually has medical student shadow him during my appointments. I appreciate a doctor who generously shares his knowledge and expertise with others.

I have always had good experiences with Dr Athni . He has treated me for the last three years and always asks me how I’m doing and if there are any changes in my health. He has worked well with me to find the proper medication for my condition and that works well with my body. He always discusses the medication he prescribed to me to make sure I understand it’s purpose and the dosage. He has always been pleasant and listens to my concerns. I appreciate his help tremendously

Extremely disappointed, I was made to feel rushed and almost foolish for going in for a diagnosis. The Dr was very impatient and allowed me just a few mins. I did not ask for any meds. Just passing along honest info for any interested patients.

I was a patient of Dr. Athni for 4 years and he diagnosed me with MS.
June 2015 I was hospitalized at hospital he didn't belong to so he would not returne their calls and because I had not seen him in 6 months. So I made an appointment at the Shepherd Center in ATL for a second opinion. Had all medical records sent to his office but, now he refuses to see me as a patient anymore. And he won't tell me why.
If you don't do things his way it is the highway!!!
