Loussy staff, never answer phone and never respond
Telehealth
This happens every time, I call to me everytime I try to make an appt., They seldom if ever answer the phone, I leave messages 3 or 4 times and they don't return my call, I have contacted Desert Oasis about it at lest 3 times about this and there's been no action on their part that I know of, except that they email Dr Menn and finally I get a call from them, find a different Dr.

worst office attitude ever
3 weeks to get an appointment. 2 weeks I kept asking for results. they said they had been mailed but I never received anything. office staff is short and condescending. they hung up on me because I was upset. you can never talk to them but only leave a message.

Every time I call I get an answering machine. Their callbacks are the worst I have ever encountered. They don't call back.

Incompetent, extremely rude office staff. Bad-mouth providers of previous sleep study. Never answer phone, leaving you to wait days on end for return call. Refuse to have office manager contacted for complaints.
