Bad Experience
This was a waste of our time and money. Doctor was dismissive and did not listen to me or my son regarding his symptoms and we could hardly get a word in. He would not test for strep, even though we asked. As my son's symptoms continued to worsen, we went to his pediatrician and he tested positive for strep and was put on an antibiotic immediately.

Awful
I brought my 4 year old today per the pediatrician’s instructions because she had uti symptoms and it was a complete waste of time. Dr Kossover insinuated multiple times that my daughter didn’t “look like she felt very bad”. He asked right away why we were there when she looked ok and when I said the pediatrician sent us he responded with “oh right they don’t want you to be their problem, so they let you be my problem”. He was very dismissive and rude. Talked down to me. I don’t understand how an institution like Baptist is employing him. He is a liability. I have never complained about a doctor, let alone left a bad review online, but he was the worst. I would rather sit in ER purgatory than ever see him at urgent care again.

Very condescending, and he rushed. Didn't ask if my ear hurt (which it did) Didn't listen, checked my ears said a little wax, made me close my nose and blow (which can rupture the ear drums!) Said my left Eustacian tube was swollen. Gave a lecture about cold medicines and substitute Sudafed etc. Sent me home with "the real" Sudafed. 3 days later my regular dr pulled a huge plug of wax out of my ear, diagnosed me with a sinus infection, prescribed antibiotics and nasal drops. I won't be going to Dr K again.

What a Clown!
Came into the room and diagnosed me and never asked me one single question. Cut me off every time I tried to speak. Insanely condescending and made me feel very uncomfortable. Why is this man still practicing medicine?? Wish I could give him 0 stars!

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with the urgent care that Dr Kossover works at, but seeing him made me question if I'd ever go back there again. He was rude, talked over top of me the whole time, didn't listen to my concerns, and then ushered me out of the room with the fakest, most condescending smile I've ever seen. I wish I could give him zero stars. I will definitely refuse to have him as my provider in the future.

He did not listen to my husband when he went in with a very serious concern. When my husband was trying to explain an ongoing issue the Dr. he cut him off saying “I read your chart” and blew off his issue like it wasn’t a big deal.

I went to him with a respiratory illness. He gave me antibiotics without an X-ray or blood tests. The antibiotics didn’t cover the lung illness after I went to er and found out this is common for him to be clueless of types of medicine to prescribe ie inappropriate. He was nice and staff was polite but somewhat catty. I called back w questions and was dismissed.

Doctor was condescending and made inappropriate comments regarding patient self-described symptoms. Spoke to another doctor next day as symptoms persisted, and diagnosis was determined to be inaccurate.
