Great visit I appreciate how much advice Doctor Tatem gives without worrying about offending me. It is clear that my children are a priority and he wants to make sure I am well informed.

We've been seeing Tatem for 7 years now and both of my boys go to him. He's not super personable with the kids which is my only complaint being a peds doctor but he is still very KIND. He's always been very patient with them and with us as parents when we ask questions. He doesn't throw medicine at you and always does a thorough job. We've never had to wait to be seen (always on time) and he's fixed every boo boo we've brought to him. I personally prefer that he's direct and to the point while also maintaining a professional bedside manner. Very easy to get into the day of if needed for sickness. We will be with him for the long term for sure!

We have 2 children under 3y/o that see Dr. Tatum and all of their cousins see him too. We have had our children seen for a variety of things and he is straight to the point. Sometimes he can seem overly direct but we have come to love that about him. He filters the information we are giving him, using his 25+ years of experience, to give our children the highest quality of care. He does not seem over prescribe medication & always promptly returns calls himself. His front office could use work.

We have been seeing Dr. Tatem for the last 5 years. Every time, he has been great. I like to the point conversations. He is very knowledgeable and is able to help whenever we need. He has been able to help us when we call in as well.

We had very bad experience with Dr. Tatem. We had questions but he said that he did not have 30 minutes to explain everything (not that it would take that long). So he was expecting that we just trust him, and it looked like he hated to be questioned! I do care about my daughter too much for not to question my doctor!

I was very disappointed in Dr. Tatem's office today. My daughter was very sick and seen at the Urgent Care last Saturday. The antibiotics have not helped a bit. We left Los Angeles early this morning to try to get in to see Dr. Tatem. I was told that my daughter's chart was not in their office and that it was at another location. They stated they could not see her as a pt. until they pulled her chart and that wouldn't be until next week. So irresponsible. She's been their pt. since 2000.
